രണ്ട് വര്‍ഷത്തിലധികമായി വിദേശത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന വാര്‍ഷിക വരുമാനം 3 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെയുളള പ്രവാസികേരളീയരുടെയും മുന്‍ പ്രവാസികളുടേയും മക്കള്‍ക്കാണ് അപേക്ഷിക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുക. ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദ കോഴ്സുകള്‍ക്കും പ്രൊഫഷണല്‍ ഡിഗ്രി കോഴ്സുകള്‍ക്കും 2024~25 അധ്യയന വര്‍ഷത്തിലെ ഒന്നാം വര്‍ഷ വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്കാണ് സ്കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പിന് അര്‍ഹത. നോര്‍ക്ക റൂട്ട്സ് വെബ്സൈറ്റ് വഴി ഓണ്‍ലൈനായി മാത്രമേ അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കാനാകൂ.
