ബര്‍ലിന്‍: ജര്‍മ്മനിയില്‍ ജോലിയില്‍ നിന്നു വിരമിച്ചവര്‍ കൂടുതലായി ജോലിയിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങുന്നതായി കണക്കുകള്‍ സൂചിപ്പിയ്ക്കുന്നു.

ഇതനുസരിച്ച് ഒരു ദശലക്ഷത്തിലധികം പേര്‍ പെന്‍ഷന്‍ പ്രായം കഴിഞ്ഞ് അതായത് 67 വയസ് കഴിഞ്ഞവര്‍ ജര്‍മ്മനിയില്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതായിട്ടാണ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്. രാജ്യത്ത് കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷാവസാനത്തേക്കാള്‍ 56,000~ത്തിലധികം പേര്‍ 67 വയസ്സിനു മുകളിലുള്ളവര്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. പലരും ഓരോ മാസവും "എല്ലാം കൂട്ടിമുട്ടിക്കാന്‍" ജോലിയിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങുന്നതായിട്ടാണ് വിശേഷിപ്പിയ്ക്കുന്നത്. തൊഴില്‍ മന്ത്രാലയത്തില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള പ്രതികരണങ്ങള്‍ അനുസരിച്ച് RedaktionsNetzwerk Deutschland (RND) ന്റെ ഒരു റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് അനുസരിച്ച്, ജര്‍മ്മനിയില്‍ നിലവില്‍ 11,23,000 ജോലിക്കാരുണ്ട്, അവര്‍ 67 വയസ്സിനു താഴെ പ്രായമുള്ളവരാണ്. 1964 ന് മുമ്പ് ജനിച്ച ആളുകളാണിത്. ഈ സംഖ്യയില്‍ സാമൂഹിക സുരക്ഷയുടെ പരിധിയില്‍ വരുന്ന 2,51,000 പേരും "മാര്‍ജിനല്‍ എംപ്ളോയ്മെന്റില്‍" മാത്രമായി ഏര്‍പ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന 8,72,000 പേരും ഉള്‍പ്പെടുന്നു. അതായത് ഇവരൊക്കെ മിക്കപ്പോഴും മിനി ജോലികള്‍ ചെയ്യുന്നവരാണ്.

വിരമിച്ചവരില്‍ ബഹുഭൂരിപക്ഷവും 520 യൂറോയുടെ മിനി ജോലികള്‍ എന്ന് വിളിക്കപ്പെടുന്നവയില്‍ മാത്രം ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവരാണ് എന്ന വസ്തുത, കൂടുതല്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ വിരമിച്ചവര്‍ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ രണ്ടറ്റവും കൂട്ടിമുട്ടിക്കാന്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യാന്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധിതരാകുന്നു എന്നതിന്റെ വ്യക്തമായ സൂചനയായാണ് ഇത്.

അപര്യാപ്തമായ പെന്‍ഷനുകളും ഉയര്‍ന്ന വിലയും ഫലത്തില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ പ്രായമായ ആളുകളെ ജോലിയില്‍ തുടരാന്‍ പ്രേരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. പെന്‍ഷനുകള്‍ പത്തുശതമാനം വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കണമെന്നും അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ പ്രതിമാസം കുറഞ്ഞത് 200 യൂറോയെങ്കിലും വേണമെന്നും കഴിഞ്ഞയാഴ്ച ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.
ജര്‍മ്മനിയിലെ പെന്‍ഷന്‍ നില അതിന്റെ നിലവിലെ 48 ശതമാനത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് "കുറഞ്ഞത് 53 ശതമാനമായി" ഉയര്‍ത്തണമെന്നും ആവശ്യമുയരുന്നുണ്ട്.
